From 27 to 29 April, the museum Chillida Leku will be holding workshops and activities led by local artists and its mediation team, focused on exploring the relationship between art and nature and art's capacity to transform the territory.

The Environment Improvement key-theme develops the investigation and participative processes to new strategies of urban experience in interior territories — from architecture to landscape unities — with the departments of architecture from the Universidade de Coimbra and the Politecnico di Milano.

LT – LAUNCH / PORTUGAL

Landscape Together’s first activity will occur in Portugal from June 2nd to 4th. It will gather 45 participants, including representatives of international entities, local inhabitants and associations, and the National Culture Centre in an event launching the project throughout the 5 municipalities. Landscape Together aims to promote the inner central region as an international destination for contemporary art by implementing several cultural and artistic projects of the MEP (Museu Experimenta Paisagem) for a duration of four years.
