The talk ‘Planning and Quality of Space Organisation’, part of the Landscape Together – Care, See, Act Together exhibition, will take place on 8 January at 6 pm at Casa do Infante, Porto.
The session will feature a presentation of research on the Auzelle Plan and Porto’s green spaces; a discussion on the impact of urban policies on the territory; and a demonstration of urban planning cases by Manuel Marques de Aguiar. The discussion will be moderated with objects from the estate of Manuel Marques de Aguiar and the Auzelle Plan on display in the library. The exhibition presents case studies of design, territory and artistic appropriation, reflecting the collaborative method of the Landscape Together project, developed with 17 partners from five countries and a pilot territory in central Portugal. It includes curated works, artistic residencies, research in architecture and territory, and mediation programmes.
