Direção Regional de Cultura do Centro

The Center's Regional Directorate for Culture has the mission, within its geographical area of operation and in conjunction with the Ministry of Culture's services and bodies, to create conditions for access to cultural goods, to monitor activities and supervise structures of artistic production financed by services and organizations in the area of culture, the monitoring of actions relating to the safeguarding, enhancement and dissemination of immovable, movable and intangible cultural heritage, and support for museums. The Regional Directorate for Culture of the Centre (DRCC) participates as an associate in the consortium, promoting the cultural potential of the central region of Portugal under its tutelage. This entity will monitor all phases of the project's activities in Portugal and publicize job opportunities for artists, as well as collect information on the conservation and maintenance of artistic creations.
