Cortiçada Art Fest is the travelling festival of the Museu Experimenta Paisagem (MEP), which brings people to the interior of the country, assuming itself as the event that represents the values of the Museum: the territorial development of this region. The festival brings together artists, residents, students and those interested in art, development and culture, in active participation in a week with more than 7 workshops, creation and shows.
In the third edition of Cortiçada Art Fest and within the scope of Landscape Together, with partner Museu Chillida Leku, the festival will feature more than 20 artists from various fields, workshop coordinators and performances between 10 and 16 June alongside the MEP’s works of art in three municipalities (Farol dos Ventos, Magma Cellar and Menina dos Medos in Proença-a-Nova, Moongate in Oleiros and Véu in Sertã) and at the sites of new works to be implemented by 2026 (Idanha-a-Nova and Pedrógão Grande).
